March Visa Bulletin

The Department of State’s Bureau of Consular Affairs has released the March Visa Bulletin.  In the employment based (EB) categories the priority dates continue to move forward for China, Mexico, the Philippines, and the Rest of the World (ROW) by several months in most cases. February Visa Bulletin

The State Department’s Bureau of Consular Affairs released the February Visa Bulletin. Similar to previous visa bulletins, non-India EB-2 and EB-3 priority dates continue to move forward.  Unlike the previous visa bulletins, the February bulletin  moved the priority date for EB-2 India more significantly forward than previous bulletins. January Visa Bulletin

The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Consular Affairs has released the January 2015 Visa Bulletin. India’s priority dates continue to progress slowly if at all while most other categories’ priority dates moved forward more substantially. December Visa Bulletin

The December 2014 Visa Bulletin, released by the U.S. Department of State Office of Consular Affairs, continues to follow previous predictions for priority dates. November Visa Bulletin: Advances and Retrogressions as Predicted

As predicted, in the November Visa Bulletin EB-2 India has retrogressed significantly, while other categories’ priority dates have advanced. October Visa Bulletin

The Department of State’s Office of Consular Affairs has released the October 2014 Visa Bulletin. In the employment based categories, the October bulletin has moved several priority dates forward.  The EB-3 priority date for Mexico, the Philippines, and all other countries except India and China is now October 1, 2011, a forward movement of six months from the September bulletin.  … more
