The December 2014 Visa Bulletin, released by the U.S. Department of State Office of Consular Affairs, continues to follow previous predictions for priority dates.
EB-2 India’s priority date remains at February 15, 2005, while EB-3 India has moved forward slightly from November 22, 2003 to December 1, 2003. EB-2 China progressed by about one month from December 8, 2009 to January 1, 2010.
EB-3 China, Mexico, the Philippines, and the Rest of the World’s (ROW) priority dates moved forward most significantly by five months each. EB-3 China is now June 1, 2010 and Mexico, the Philippines, and ROW are now November 1, 2012.
