The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Consular Affairs has released the January 2015 Visa Bulletin. India’s priority dates continue to progress slowly if at all while most other categories’ priority dates moved forward more substantially.
India EB-2 remains unchanged at February 15, 2005 while India EB-3 continues to progress at the predicted pace of a few weeks each bulletin moving from December 1, 2003 to December 15, 2003.
Unlike India, EB-2 and EB-3 China priority dates both progressed. EB-2 moved forward from January 1, 2010 to February 1, 2010 while the EB-3 date moved from June 1, 2010 to March 1, 2011.
The EB-3 priority date for Mexico, the Philippines, and the Rest of the World (ROW) moved forward the most substantially from November 1, 2012 to June 1, 2013.
